Winterlicious returns from January 30 to February 12, and we’re delighted to welcome you with two cozy prix fixes fit for the season. In true Selby fashion, our $48 lunch and $65 dinner menus showcase timeless French classics with a modern touch — the perfect excuse to try something new (or settle into an old favourite).
Highlights include starters like Duck Liver Mousse and Truffle & Mushroom Tart, followed by comforting mains such as Salmon Meunière, Coq au Vin, and Aged Beef Striploin with frites. Finish on a sweet note with Café au Lait Financier, Crêpe Brûlée, or a Cantal Vieux cheese course with truffle honey.
